These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Kindling website and notification services, operated by Brian Lamy (thekindling@brianlamy.com). By signing up, you agree to these terms.
The Kindling is an alcohol- and substance-free sauna dating experience for queer men hosted at Othership Williamsburg and other venues. Event details including dates, times, and pricing are subject to change. Signing up for notifications does not guarantee ticket availability or admission.
By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and email messages from The Kindling about tickets and event updates. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (SMS) or using the unsubscribe link (email).
You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up or attend events. The Kindling events are open to gay, bi, trans, queer, and non-binary men and individuals.
Attendees must arrive sober. This event is alcohol- and substance-free. Anyone under the influence will be asked to leave without refund. No phones are permitted during the event experience. The Kindling reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who violates event policies or creates an unsafe environment for other attendees.
Tickets are sold through a third-party ticketing platform subject to its own terms. Tickets are generally non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by The Kindling or as required by law.
The Kindling and Brian Lamy are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or attendance at events. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your event ticket.
All branding and materials associated with The Kindling are the property of Brian Lamy. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
